Noe John Joseph E. Sacramento

Noe John Joseph E. Sacramento is an Assistant Professor of political science and public policy at the College of Social Sciences, University of the Philippines Cebu, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy Chiang Mai University in Thailand. He is the founding convenor of the Philippine Critical Policy Studies Initiative, a secretary to the research committee on visual politics of the International Political Science Association, and an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines.

His research interests focus on critical policy studies, with specific attention to deliberations, informalities, high inequalities, visual culture, and narratives. He leads a co-authored forthcoming book with Routledge, titled Policy Analysis in High Inequalities: Narratives, Deliberative Spaces, and Power in Asia as Global Majority. His works appeared in the Critical Policy Studies Journal, Journal of Asian Public Policy, Public Administration and Policy, Agrarian South Journal of Political Economy, Thammasat Review, Springer Nature, Palgrave, and Edward Elgar.
